How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once your marcjacobs.com order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Our system is designed to process orders immediately. When you receive your order, check your packing slip for our return policies and for the return process. We will refund the purchase price of the return, minus any shipping or handling, charges. You are welcome to call us at 877-707-6272 or email our Customer Service for additional assistance.
 

When will I be charged?

Your credit card card will be charged as soon as the order ships from our warehouse to your shipping address.

If you have multiple items in your order, you will only be charged when each item ships.

In what currency are the prices displayed on marcjacobs.com?

All prices of merchandise on marcjacobs.com are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note the final checkout price is also reflected in U.S. dollars (USD).
 

Is my credit card information safe?

Marc Jacobs uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect credit card information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system. Once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.
 

How is tax calculated?

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to the following states, where Marc Jacobs has a retail presence:

CA, FL, IL, KY, MA, NJ, NV, NY

Orders shipped to Canada will be subject to duties, customs tariffs, value added taxes and similar taxes that are levied are required in the applicable jurisdiction by local authorities, which will be in addition to the prices for the merchandise listed on our website and will be collected during Checkout. When placing an order on marcjacobs.com, you (the customer) are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and shall be paid exclusively by you and will be reflected on your invoice. You should contact your local customs office for further information. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased.

How do I place an international order?

First, select your desired shipping destination at any of the following locations on the website:

  • If you are browsing from an eligible international shipping country/region, you will be prompted with a window
  • The flag located at the top right-hand corner when viewing on desktop or the flag located in the bottom footer on your mobile device
  • On individual product pages
  • In the cart, by selecting ‘change country/region’

Once the shipping destination is selected, the currency and available products for that country/region will automatically update. To change your shipping country/region, please select from any of the above locations on the website.

Please note that payment is collected and processed by our international shipping partner, Global-E.

Can I place an international order over the phone?

Unfortunately, international orders can only be placed online.
 

Why can’t I ship certain items?

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the U.S. on Marc Jacobs Beauty, Fragrance and Bookmarc items.

When will I be charged?

When can I expect my order to arrive?

You will receive an email when your order ships. After your order ships, it will arrive to the shipping address within 3 to 6 business days. Please note that in some rare occurrences, the delivery timeframe could be extended.

Can I overnight an international order?

We only offer regular shipping on international orders.
 

Can I gift wrap my international order?

At this time we do not gift wrap international orders.
 

What is the international return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on marcjacobs.com that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc), within 30 days of purchase.

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.

To start the returns process, please use our Help Center to receive a return label for your order.
Please not that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.

Items returned without an authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.
 

How much is the international return fee?

For all international orders there is a return fee:

  • Australia: A A$20 return fee will apply.
  • Canada: A CAD$20 return fee will apply.
  • China: A 160RMB return fee will apply.
  • Europe: A €20 return fee will apply.
  • Hong Kong: A HK$200 return fee will apply.
  • Republic Of Korea: A ₩34,000 return fee will apply.
  • United Kingdom: A £16 return fee will apply.

Please note that the shipping costs paid at the time of the order will not be refunded.
 

How do I return an international order?

In order to return an international order, please use our Help Center. You will need your order number, which can be found at the top of your Order Confirmation email. A return label will be emailed to you.

Pack unworn item(s) securely in the original packaging. and include the return paperwork provided by our customer service. Print and secure the return label to the outside of the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package

You must use this return label provided on the parcel. Any return(s) made without pre-approval and the authorized return label from Customer Service will not be accepted. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

To receive refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or purchase.

The stores cannot accept returns for orders placed online.
 

Can I return a gift I received from an international order?

At this time, marcjacobs.com does not process exchanges on gift orders.

Any credit for items returned from a gift order will be issued to the original purchaser.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Expedited orders placed by 12pm EST will be shipped same day on all business days.

For shipments within the United States:

  • Overnight (1 business day)
  • 2nd Day (2 business days)
  • 3rd Day (3 business days)
  • Standard (3 - 6 business days)

Most merchandise will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
 

Can I gift wrap my order?

During the check out process, you can choose to receive a gift box. Please note we are only able to include one gift box per order.
You can select this option at the Shipping step and can also add a message: we will print it on a card for you.
 

How long will it take to receive a refund on a returned order?

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
 

How do I return or exchange an order I received as a gift?

At this time, marcjacobs.com does not process exchanges on gift orders. Any credit for items returned from a gift order, will be issued to the original purchaser. You are welcome to call us at 877-707-6272 or email our Customer Service for additional assistance.
 

What is the retail store return policy?

For purchases in Marc Jacobs United States retail stores, the return policy is as follows:

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, with a receipt and in original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be returned directly to the store, returns by post courier are not accepted.
  • Returns are eligible for exchange or a store credit only. Store credit is valid only at freestanding Marc Jacobs stores in the US.
  • This return policy applies in the US only in freestanding Marc Jacobs stores.
  • Items purchased at a discounted price may not be returned. Merchandise purchased at department stores, outlets, airports / duty free stores may only be returned to the original point of sale.
  • E-commerce purchases from marcjacobs.com may be exchanged in Marc Jacobs stores for store credit within 30 days of purchase. For full refunds of e-commerce purchases, please follow the instructions on your shipping confirmation or bring the items to a Marc Jacobs store with the return shipping label provided with the purchase and we will send your returns for you.
  • All sales are final. No returns will be accepted for the following categories: Special Orders, Exotics, Swimwear, Under garments, Fragrance and Beauty.

Shipping and Processing Fees

Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate Us for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you purchase and delivering them to you.
 

What are the Valetine's Day shipping cut off dates?

For Valentine's Day, all purchases must be ordered before the designated time to make the cut off and to receive the order by 2/14 (US only). Please review our shipping guide:

What is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on marcjacobs.com that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc), within 30 days of purchase. Fragrances and Marc Jacobs Beauty products may be returned lightly used. All swimwear and underwear purchases are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.

For your convenience, any domestic orders placed on marcjacobs.com will receive a prepaid UPS shipping return label with your order. Unfortunately, Canadian orders will not receive a prepaid label. Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

If you choose not to use the prepaid UPS return shipping label, you are welcome to use a postal carrier of your choosing and at your own cost. Please send the return package to the following address:
